Somatic mindfulness is all about bringing our awareness into the body. Classes in this series explore areas of our health as experienced in the body, as well as practical strategies for strengthening our mind-body connection.
Class includes an overview of the month's topic, guided meditation or exercise, and time for discussion of our experiences as well. Dress comfortably for a meditative journey. Come prepared to meet yourself.
